Dean Street Studios includes 51 supportive housing units for disabled and formerly homeless individuals, as well as new clinical offices for the Kent Center for Human and Organizational Development, which will provide residents with on-site support services through its Housing First RI staff.
Women’s Development Corporation’s management entity, Housing Opportunities Corporation, will operate and maintain the property.
