Applicants may be individuals or agencies with a Principal Investigator named who will be responsible and accountable; The Principal Investigator will have a minimum of a BSN degree; Research will be on the graduate level (applicants need not be in a graduate program); Preference will be given to Rhode Island residents; An individual or agency may apply only once in a funding cycle
