To apply, go through local bank or credit union that has a loan servicing office in RI. If lender is RI Housing, call 800-854-1180. Or through HUD approved and HHFRI certified counselor.

Clients who call this number will be given a Point of contact in the package they receive in the mail with the information of a HUD-approved counselor.
