Children and adolescents in the custody Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). 16-21: staffed apartment program; 13-21: outreach program; emergency shelter only for DCYF clients. Foster Parents: Adults who can provide a safe, stable and a loving home

Application process

Referrals from Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) or the Lead Agency of Communities for People’s (CFP) managed care networks.
