BVCHC's main goal is to provide the highest quality, lowest cost health care possible to the patients within its community. Services: Pediatric: Newborns, Well Child Exams, School and Sports Physical Exams, Immunizations, Adolescent Health Family Medicine: Annual Physical Examinations, Chronic Disease Management: Arthritis, Diabetes, Obesity, Asthma, High Blood Pressure and others, Connect Care Choice Program for adult patients who are on Medical Assistance Obstetrics: Prenatal Intake, Perinatal & Postpartum Care, Midwifery, Post Partum Care, Gynecological exams, Pap smears, Colposcopy & LEEP, Mammogram referral, STD testing (HIV, Chlamydia/Gonorrhea, etc.), Birth control – reduced cost or no cost, IUD insertions, Pregnancy tests, Family Planning, Cancer Screening Behavioral Health: Individual, couple and family therapy, Crisis intervention, case management and referral services Stress management group, mother-infant support group, Psychiatric consultation.
