Dog license fee: $7 if neutered/spayed, $15 if not. $2 fee for duplicate licenses or replacement tags. $100 on first offense, $200 on second offense, and on third and each subsequent offense $200 or imprisonment for no less than 10 days nor more than 30 and possible confiscation of animal.
