A non-profit advocacy group that works to develop, maintain, and secure affordable living situations for low-income residents of Rhode Island. Outreach: Going to areas in Rhode Island to distribute literature about resources and laws that effect low-income residents of Rhode Island. Organizing: Bringing together tenants to form a unified voice to assure safe, appropriate housing. Education: Informing residents of Rhode Island of their rights as tenants and homeowners.: Encouraging the government to implement better housing laws for Rhode Island residents.
