Dental Lifeline Network is a charitable affiliate of the American Dental Association. We operate the Donated Dental Services (DDS) program which provides free, comprehensive dental care to those who qualify. Provides access to dental care and education for people who cannot afford it and: - have a permanent disability or - who are elderly: age 65 or older or - who are medically fragile All applications must be submitted through the DDS Coordinator
