They are unique from other providers because their programs and services go beyond the four walls of our Centers, reaching throughout their communities and neighborhoods. It is important to them that community members have access to the help they need. That is why they offer 24/7 support through their call center, and have staff who can travel to meet clients where it is most comfortable for them. Their goal is to help make access to a healthier life easier for everyone! They care for all residents of the East Bay, regardless of their gender, age, race, or income status.
