Merged With RIRAL Family literacy program offering ABE/GED, ESOL, parenting, an early childhood program, interactive literacy and family activities. Parents must have a child under the age of eight to attend. *Serves adults 16+ who are not enrolled in school* Project RIRAL provides literacy services to adults so that they may achieve their personal educational and employment goals in order to be productive family members, citizens and workers.
