Return Preparation is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Tax Law Questions Transcripts (by mail) Tax ID Application Online Payment Agreement Electronic Payments (EFTPS) Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteers assist low to moderate income taxpayers by preparing federal and state tax returns including SCH EIC and the child tax credit.
