Description

PACE-RI was founded to help local elders live safely at home, stay out of the hospital and nursing home, and reduce strain for their caregivers. PACE operates a health plan to assist older adults to live independently. Both an insurer and a provider, provides all aspects of health care to its enrollees. Offers primary and specialty physician services, rehab and home care. Also, hospital and drug coverage as well as a fully functioning, accessible day center with transportation.
