Greenridge Commons is an apartment community offering 96 affordable townhouse and garden-style apartments in the Pascoag neighborhood of Burrillville, RI. One, two, and three bedroom units are available. Greenridge Commons also offers a Community Room and on-site Youth Program. There are 75 townhouse units just off of Route 100 at Lapham Farm Road, and 21 units downtown at the gateway to Main Street. Reasonable accommodations and free language assistance available. Preferences apply. For assistance, please contact us. Greenridge Commons is a mixed-income community offering apartments at three income levels. To rent an affordable unit you must meet certain income requirements.
