Provides intensive therapeutic family care for difficult to serve children and adolescents. - Support to families with a serious background of family violence - Diversion from psychiatric hospitalization - Transition from residential services - Specialized care for parenting teens - Disrupted adoption Services are delivered by an integrated multi-disciplinary team of Community Care Services professionals, including social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, experienced management staff, and a network of specially trained foster parents. Foster parent to client ratio in intensive foster care is 1:1 at all times. At least one foster parent is always home to provide adequate supervision. CFP joined a network of agencies, called The Care Management Network, working together to provide a full scope of services to RI youth and families.
