Application process

Emails to VISION USA may take 7-10 business days for a response. Interested parties fill out an application online (http://www.aoa.org/x5611.xml) and receive a letter within 3-7 weeks that determines their eligibility. If eligible to receive services, individual will be matched with a volunteer doctor of optometry who will provide a comprehensive eye exam at no charge.
