Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers goal is to help individuals remain in the community by providing a wide array of supportive services during the day. Participants, with the support of their families, choose how many days of the week they want to attend the day center.

Services include many options from minimal support in our independent apartments, to nursing care in our nursing/rehab centers.
