Provides comprehensive day programming for functionally and or cognitively impaired adults. Services include therapeutic activity, health monitoring & medication administration by a registered nurse, case management and assistance with ADL's (activities of daily living) by certified nursing assistants, rehab services such as physical/occupational/speech therapy, and respite care and family consultation Breakfast, lunch an afternoon snack are provided. Also offers a caregivers support group the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7:00PM - 8:30PM.
