Eligibility
Enrolled Tribal Member in either a Federal or State recognized tribe with documentation, Unemployed (or underemployed based on wage qualifications), Obtained a High School diploma or GED, Aged 17+, Registered with Selective Service if a male 18+.

Tribal Identification- (Tribal ID) you, a parent or grandparent must be documented in a recognized tribe, Two forms of picture ID or Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Selective Service Registration form, 3 weeks of current paystubs (if currently employed), Current Resume
