Minumum membership fee $1 (organizations)- negotiate based on budget restrictions. Most training free with membership

Provides education and technical assistance to members and information to the community at large. Coordinates Homeless Legal Clinic Program and publishes "Street Sheet". Provides tenant education and housing search assistance.
