Emergency and Transitional Shelter for persons, 18+, 17 beds, 13 men, 4 women. Offering a warm evening meal, daily soup kitchen, and "fix your own" morning breakfast. Referrals to other agencies. Staffed by trained volunteers and a salaried director. Families are accommodated when space is available. ** Holiday programs for clients only** 17 beds Services Available: Case Management Interpretation can be made available Crisis intervention Domestic violence support and education Mental health/Substance abuse support Housing placement Vocation/Education Meals: 3 meals per day provided Important Policies: Curfew: 5:00PM Duration of stay: goal of up to 30 days, but up to three (3) months on an individual basis Rent is not required Medications are locked Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas Must complete 8 hours of community service per week Must find employment or other source of income within 30 days Must save 50% of income Must contribute one pound of coffee or 1 gallon of milk per week Must look for new housing Transitional housing available for singles
