Get valuable information and assistance about: - Information and assistance regarding home and community care - State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) - Public assistance programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, and others. - Information regarding other valuable resources in the community such as healthcare fraud and home care This service is free and confidential.
