To date, we have developed 375 affordable apartments and over 115 for-sale homes, as well as more than 50,000 square feet of commercial and community space. These spaces include many properties that were formerly foreclosed and blighted in addition to historic buildings that ONE|NB works to preserve, saving landmarks while creating vibrant spaces to work and live.
