Provides direct financial assistance for active or retired Naval and Marine Corps personnel and their dependents. Provides access for Army, Air Force and Coast Guard personnel with reimbursement from respective societies. Budget assistance, and layettes; information about dependency allowances, pensions, government insurance, locating and communicating with Navy personnel and community resources.
