Application process
Complete online intake form. Therapists often have waiting lists and this form will begin the process of matching you with the best therapist for your needs.
Or call and leave a detailed message, a client intake coordinator will return your call in 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Phone calls placed on weekends will be returned on Monday.
Fees
All major health insurance accepted.
Charis encourages all clients to pay for a portion of their counseling, even a small portion, as an investment and commitment to the counseling process.
Benevolent fund for those without insurance.
