A non-profit labor and adult education program that provides a wide range of educational programs for working people. Offers non-credit courses in the area of labor relations and labor studies. Also sponsors workplace based adult literacy instruction in English as a Second Language (ESL), and adult basic education. Other programs include a weekly cable television program, a "labor-in-the-schools" project, health and safety training, vocational training and cultural programs.
