Promotes community gardens, green space, and environmental education to encourage environmental and community awareness and improve the quality of urban life. At the foundation of the Land Trust's program is a philosophy that environmental issues are issues of equity and justice and it is committed to working with residents of all ages to effect necessary social changes and improve people's lives.
