Provide financial assistance in acquiring necessary equipment to help patients who have needs not covered under existing medical insurance. Equipment: Braces, shoes, crutches, wheelchairs (manual & electric), beds, scooters, ramps, co-payments, etc. Must provide Medical Certificate
