Description
16 bed residential for men with substance abuse or combined substance abuse and mental health problems who are committed to staying clean and participating in toxicology screenings three times a week. Length of stay determined on an individual basis. Accepts HIV-positive and methadone clients. Services include: Pre-treatment assessment and support Individual, group and family treatment Medical coordination Employment related supports Sober housing Coordination with other treatment providers and the legal system Assistance with obtaining housing benefits and other entitlements Aftercare planning Self-help related education and referrals
