At this site, PCHC offers medical care and 2 Dental Clinics - one for Children under 19 and Pregnant Women and a second for Adults. Both are staffed by dentists, registered dental hygienists and dental assistants. Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) is a non-profit health care organization and the only Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Providence, Rhode Island. PCHC provides quality primary health care services that are affordable, comprehensive and culturally sensitive to more than 80,000 residents of Providence and its surrounding areas. Medical Services provided for: babies, children and adolescents; adults and seniors are:

Women's health (prenatal care and gynecology)
Lab and x-ray services
Asthma and allergy
Care for diabetes including foot, eye and skin care

PCHC's Dental Clinic for Children Age Birth-19 and Pregnant Women - 335R Prairie Avenue, Providence, 3rd floor Pregnant women and children do not need to be medical patients of PCHC to receive dental care. PCHC Dental provides dental care during pregnancy and keeps your child's teeth healthy by offering comprehensive dental care including: Basic Dental Care includes: Examinations; ; Radiographs; Cleanings; Fluoride Treatments; Sealants; Fillings; and Extractions. Hours of operation are: Mon - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM; Tues and Thurs 8 AM - 7 PM; and Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM. PCHC's Dental Clinic for Adults - 335 Prairie Avenue, Providence, 1st floor Services include examinations, fillings, crowns, x-rays, cleanings, anterior root canals, routine extractions, and a limited number of full and partial dentures. Hours of operation: Mon - Fri 7 AM - 6 PM
