A faith-based community outreach program designed to offer after-care services to previously incarcerated persons who are returning to Newport County from the Rhode Island Adult Correctional Institution (ACI) and helps the homeless. Services include mentoring, supportive services, legal/social assistance, financial assistance (rent, GED, college course), transportation, food, and clothing.
