-Have a bank account
-Reside in Rhode Island
-Have an income
We will need the following documents after you submit your application:
-Two months' bank account statements
-A referral form from a community agency or immigration attorney providing proof of eligibility for the immigration step you seek to take ( form here)
-If the purpose if the loan is to pay for an immigration detention bond, we instead require a copy of the judge's immigration order, and we may ask for additional documentation.
-Copy of government-issued ID
-Voided check or prepaid card with ACH features
-We may ask for additional documents after you apply

Our loans range from $300 to $25,000 and can be used for a variety of purposes, including:
- Vehicle purchase or repair
- Vehicle refinancing
- Security deposit
- Immigration expenses
- Furniture or appliances
- Rent or utilities
- Emergency expenses
- Weatherization, etc.
