LCDC’s mission is to empower residents in the area through a variety of social service programs that will help alleviate poverty, illiteracy and chemical addictions. By supporting households with basic needs, individuals are able to concentrate more diligently on seeking education and employment opportunities that will strengthen the family unit.
LCDC's vision is to be an agency that strives to work with families in the community that struggle with various social issues, and in that vein do all we can to help them overcome to make a better life for their families.
LCDC offers a variety of services to help elevate the community and are continuously looking to evolve.
