Description
Maxim Healthcare Services provides long-term, continuous care to chronically ill patients. All offices are licensed and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Maxims nurses are screened, licensed, and bonded for quality and have experience providing care for adult and pediatric patients with a variety of illnesses. Patients receive different levels of assistance, ranging from certified Home Health Aides for patients requiring help with medication reminding and light meal preparation, to Registered Nurses for patients with medically complex health issues. Our staff is trained to work with the patient's Physician and family to implement a plan of treatment and ensure continuity of care.
