Fees

There is no cost to families to receive Early Intervention services. Children do not have to be eligible for RI Medicaid to receive services.

Services: Child and Family Services Children's Intensive Services Child and Family Services: They work with the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families to provide for the safety, well-being and permanency of children and youth in care and to offer supportive services for families to avert placement or assist with reunification Viola M. Berard School: The traditional classroom is not for everyone. We provide individualized academic and therapeutic interventions for at-risk children whose behavior and psychological difficulties impair their ability to learn in traditional school settings. Children's Intensive programs: Provide families with home and community-based behavioral health and case management services. Families work with a primary clinician and a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, as well as aftercare follow-up plans. Children between the ages of 0 and 21 (depending on circumstances) are eligible.
