Program participants access health, wellness and educational activities, meals, transportation information, volunteer opportunities, supportive services, counseling, trips and social events. Our program incorporates the best practices of multi purpose senior centers that are designed to provide holistic comprehensive services. Fully handicapped accessible. Free health screenings, wellness, and prevention programs that we provide. The center also offers a daily catered lunch, and access to case management services including referrals to social services and food assistance through Capital City's Food Pantry.
