Services: Employment & Training Center Financial Education Services Vocational & Rehabilitation Services The Harbour Youth Center Healthy Transitions Employment & Training Center: We offer a range of training programs to help people get back on the employment track. In addition to skills-building, we provide support to prepare job seekers for the work world, job placement assistance and education supports. Financial Education & Coaching: Includes group training, one‐on‐one coaching, budgeting, credit repair, help with opening a checking or savings account, home ownership, mortgage default or reverse mortgage counseling, and free tax preparation.
