Description

HopeHealth offers Palliative and supportive home care for terminally ill patients and families. Facilities include Phillip Hulitar Center, a ten bed inpatient facility for short term symptom management or in the last stages of life. Support groups for bereaved children, teens and adults to help them cope with the loss of a loved one, including a Latino drop-in group, speakers bureau and outreach. For almost 50 years, HopeHealth has provided high-quality health care with the utmost skill, compassion and respect for our community Kindness is the common thread that weaves through all we do. It’s the cup we pour out to our patients, their families, and one another. It’s what binds us even when we feel stretched thin.
