Age Details: 16-21, staffed apartment program; 13-21, outreach program and emergency shelter only for DCYF clients Services: Operates scattered, multi-site staffed apartment programs for troubled adolescents in DCYF care; supervised independent living programs, outreach family intervention program and 45 day Evaluation Center. Offers Outpatient individual, group and family counseling; preparation for independent living, case management and community support services. Adoption/ foster care training and licensing, specializing in adolescents. Income Source: Department of Children, Youth and Families.
