NA is a nonprofit fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. NA offers meetings which allow recovering addicts meet regularly to help each other stay "clean". The only requirement for membership is the desire to stop using drugs. Open and closed weekly meetings, groups for a specific population (i.e. Gay or Hispanic) and non-smoking meetings.
