Case/Care Management | Sargent Rehabilitation Center

Provides outpatient rehabilitation programs to people of all ages with a wide range of functional disabilities caused by accident, illness, or developmental delay. Programs offered are day school program for children ages 3 - 21, with language/learning disorders and brain injury; brain injury day treatment program for adult clients; comprehensive outpatient program and vocational rehabilitation services. Offers evaluation and treatment in audiology, speech/language therapy, special education, occupational/physical therapy, psychological/social services and vocational training. Special features include non-commercial advice on hearing aids, augmentative communication systems, group treatment services, parent workshops, support groups and consult services.
