Description

Adult day program for the elderly and disabled licensed by the RI Department of Health. They offer a six week health education program called Take Control of Your Health. Nutritional meal provided at noon and two daily snacks, senior advocacy program, daily fitness program, leisure activities, RIDE program for transportation, and a social worker on staff. They accept Medicaid, United Healthcare, Tufts Health Plan and Neighborhood Health Plan. Individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, memory loss are especially encouraged to attend the Center because their program is specifically designed for these health conditions.
