Simply present the card to your pharmacist when purchasing prescription medications and you
will receive the lowest price available to you: the negotiated FamilyWize discounted rate,
pharmacy price, or insurance price (if you have a health plan).
2. Is 100% free and has absolutely no eligibility requirements.
3. Is ready to use today!
- To get immediate help text "family" to 700700 to receive a free FamilyWize-United Way prescription discount card via text. No smart phone required. OR
- Simply download and print the card on www.familywize.org, request that one be mailed to you, or download the app and have the card with you at all times. Then just show the card to your pharmacist every time you fill a prescription.
