Previous school records, birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency: Current RI driver’s license showing street name and house number AND one of the following: Current tax bill showing home owner’s name and street address of house on which taxes are being levied, Verification from a real estate agent that a home at a Glocester/Foster address is being purchased, rented, or leased by the new resident and the anticipated date of occupancy, Verification from a building contractor indicating that a home at a Glocester/Foster address is being built for the new residents and the anticipated date of occupancy.
