Provides quality home care for the elderly and the convalescing, so that they may remain in the comfort of their own home, by providing a safe, comfortable, and familiar living environment, allowing family members to have piece of mind that their love ones are preserving their independence, dignity, and capacity for choice. Experienced, thoroughly screened caregivers - providing peace of mind since 1998. Personal Care Services: - Personal Hygiene bathing, dressing, grooming) - Assisting with ambulation and exercise, as appropriate - Assisting with ADL's and IAD's - Medication reminders - Shopping for, planning and preparing meals - Maintaining a healthy, safe environment Support Services: - Rapid Response - Flexible Hourly Care - Day/Night Live-Out Care - Weekends/Holidays - Up to 24 hour live-in help - Errands/Shopping/Doctor Appointments - Laundry - Housekeeping - Companionship - Respite/Sitter services - Reporting to the Director, supervisor or designee any change in client condition - Documentation in the client record - Participation in case conferences, staff meetings, and in-service programs as required.
