Services: Founded in 1980 Mentor is a leading provider of home and community based services for three special needs populations: individuals of all ages with mental retardation and/or medically challenged, children and youth who are behaviorally, emotionally and/or medically challenged, and persons with acquired brain injuries (ABI).
