Partners include: Advanced Radiology, CVS Pharmacy and Lifespan Lab, Physical and Occupational Therapy. Advanced Radiology is open for X-Ray services, and they can be reached at (401)312-5251. CVS is open from 8am-5pm hours and stocking our top 150 non-narcotic prescriptions, and they can be reached at (401)288-0035. Lifespan Lab is on the first floor and ready to see patients, they are open from are 8am-4:30pm.
