Warren Police Department exists to fairly, compassionately and respectfully serve all the people in the community of Warren. Officers will strive to engage in: Crime prevention, reduction, suppression and criminal apprehension; Protection of individual liberties and the reduction of fear; Reduction of personal injury and property loss through traffic collisions; Provision of social services and improvement of the quality of life. The members of the Police Department shall remain sensitive to the needs and priorities of the people and always be cognizant that we are here to protect and serve.
