E-ZPass applications available online, by phone, or at the walk-in center adjacent to the toll plaza in Jamestown. E-ZPass Transponders Available in all RI AAA Offices and South Attleboro, MA and Somerset, MA AAA Offices: May be used for opening new accounts only for 2 axle non commercial vehicles under 7,000 lbs. To open your account at AAA you must use a credit/debit card. Cash and checks are not accepted for this service. AAA offers only interior transponders

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Mount Hope Bridge, Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge, the Newport Pell Bridge, and the Sakonnet River Bridge. The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Foundation provides funds to worthy organizations with proceeds generated from special events held on RITBA properties throughout the year. The Foundation partners with local communities and nonprofit organizations that positively impact the lives of Rhode Islanders.
