Application process
Meals are available for dine in or pick up on Wednesdays and Thursdays at noon. Each meal costs $5.00 and you must make a reservation in advance. Frozen soups are available for purchase Monday thru Friday for $2.00 a pint. Please call Anne at extension 250 for more information.

Membership dues are $10 for Smithfield residents, $13 for non-residents.

Description
Resource for individuals seeking information on all aspects of senior services working closely with the Department of Elderly Affairs, Smithfield Police Department, local Tri-Town agency and Northwest Health Care Services. The Center strives to meet the needs and desires of the greatest number of seniors in creating organized activities and workshop areas. Operates a meal site for senior citizens and provides Meals on Wheels. Open 8 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday. The Center also operates a meal site for senior citizens, and provides meals on wheels to a large number of individuals within the community. The program includes- Recreation, Socialization, Transportation, Fitness Activities, Field Trips, Referrals to community resources, meals. Membership dues are $10 for Smithfield residents, $13 for non-residents. Membership is free for seniors 90 years of age and older. Monday- Friday 8am-4:00pm, Saturday-Sunday closed
