Eligibility

Family and children Single and two parents/head of household Pregnant women in last trimester with no other children Cannot accept domestic violence victims in danger Must be six (6) months sober 18+

Required documents

One (1) form of personal picture ID for each family member Birth certificates for each child Provide financial info, Social Security Number/card and health information within 30 days of program entry

15 units Single family rooms Handicapped accessible Services Available: Case Management Crisis intervention Mental health support Health workshops Housing placement Vocational readiness GED test preparation Financial literacy Life skills classes Parenting classes Referral and advocacy services Meals: 2 meals per day provided Important Policies: Guest Hours: 24/7 Probationary period required Curfew: Mon-Sun 7:30PM Duration of stay: No limit, provided client is participating fully in program Rent is not required first 30 days. After 30 days, if adhering to all the policies, can sign a lease for a year and pay a small fee. Can cancel lease anytime when they find housing. Drug/alcohol free environment Children must be supervised at all times Attendance of all required programs mandatory Adherence to safety and group living rules required
